Betadine Cold Defence Nasal Spray is an easy to use nasal spray clinically proven to fight against cold and flu viruses. Carragelose binds and stops the cold or flu virus from multiplying or spreading. If used at first sign of cold and flu-like symptoms, Betadine Cold Defence Nasal Spray shortens the duration and can help reduce the severity of cold and flu-like symptoms

Directions for use

1.Blow your nose gently.

2.Remove the protection cap, shake the bottle and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out.

3.Sit up with your head tilted slightly forward and to breathe out slowly.

4.Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other

5.Gently squeeze the pump as you breathe in.

6.Repeat steps 1 to 6 for the other nostril.

7.Use 1 spray for each nostril, three times per day.
