Delivery Service

1. Minimum order value of $15.00 is required to process orders for delivery.
2. Free delivery promotion is applicable based on final transaction value after deducting discounts and coupons
3. Delivery Fee is subject to change without prior notice
4. Delivery available to all districts across Brunei Darussalam (except Kg. Ayer / Off Shore stations).
5. Please expect delays in delivery during peak periods (Sales / Events / Outbreaks).
6. Standard working & delivery days are Mondays to Saturdays. No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Click & Collect (Self Collection)

1. Minimum order value of $15.00 is required to place an order on website.
2. Orders below $15.00 may be purchased directly from our store (walk in).
3. No charges applicable for Click & Collect / self collections.
4. Orders to be collected within 3 working days of confirmation.
5. Orders are collected from our Collection Point / Store at F6 1st Floor Impiana Jaya Complex, Kg. Kiulap.
6. Standard collection hours are 10am to 6pm Mondays to Thursdays & Saturdays. 2.30pm to 6pm on Fridays. Collection point is closed on Sundays, Public Holidays and from 12.00pm to 2.00pm on Fridays.
