Direction of Use:

Shake 4-5 times and spray at least 10-15cm away from skin and spread evenly by hand. If using on face, spray on to palm before patting on. Reapply regularly especially after sweat or towelling dry to ensure maximum effectiveness. To remove, wash and rinse thoroughly with soap. Replace cap immediately after use. Do not stay too long under the sun, even while using a sunscreen product.
