General Terms & Conditions

Delivery Service

  1. Same Day Delivery promotion applicable for first 10 confirmed orders received before 12.00pm of the working day. Subsequent orders may be processed for next working day delivery.
  2. Standard working & delivery days are Mondays to Saturdays. No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders received on Sundays and/or on Public Holidays will be processed for delivery on the next working day.
  3. Minimum order value of $15.00 is required to process orders for delivery. Standard delivery fee applicable on orders below $30.00. Free delivery applicable for orders of $30.00 and above.
  4. Same Day delivery promotion is applicable based on final transaction value after deducting discounts and coupons
  5. Same Day Delivery promotion only available for Brunei-Muara District (except Kg. Ayer / Off Shore stations).
  6. Please expect delays in delivery during peak periods (Sales / Events / Outbreaks).
  7. Same Day Delivery promotion valid till 31/1/2023

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions for the promotion at any time, at the company’s sole discretion without prior notice.
