Direction of Use:

Adults: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours (up to 8 per day).
Children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth up to 5 times daily.
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.  Sealed for freshness and your protection. Do not use if foil seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C
