HYLO DUAL INTENSE® eye drops contain a particularly high concentration of hyaluronic acid (0.2%), making them highly viscous. This means the drops adhere exceptionally well to the surface of the eye, providing it with an intensive and lasting, stable film of moisture that simultaneously protects against new irritants and inflammatory triggers.

Ectoin also possesses excellent water-binding properties and stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film. Additionally, ectoin alleviates typical symptoms such as burning, itching, or redness that can occur as inflammatory reactions to environmental irritants.

HYLO DUAL INTENSE® eye drops, like all HYLO® products, are free of preservatives and phosphates. The convenient COMOD® system guarantees high yield and a long shelf life of 6 months.

However, due to its high viscosity , HYLO DUAL INTENSE® is not compatible with contact lenses.

Direction of Use:

HYLO DUAL INTENSE® should be dosed individually according to your needs and the recommendations of your ophthalmologist/pharmacist. Generally, you should instill one drop into each eye three times a day. The drops are packaged in our convenient COMOD® system. Do not use HYLO DUAL INTENSE® while wearing contact lenses. To ensure smooth application, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Remove the cap before use.
2. Hold the bottle with the dropper tip pointing downwards by placing your thumb on the shoulder of the bottle and your other fingers on the bottom of the bottle.
3. Support the dripping hand with the free hand.
4. Tilt your head back, gently pull the lower eyelid away from the eye with your free hand, and trigger the dropper mechanism with a quick, firm press. Repeat the process with the other eye.
5. After use, replace the cap on the dropper tip.
