DIRECTIONS:

Adults: 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 1-2 times daily

Children 5-12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) once a day

Children 2-4 years: 7.5ml (1/2 tablespoon) once a day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner
