What is Vitex?

Kordel’s Vitex is a chasteberry extract standardized to contain 0.6% aucubin, a natural herb known for its benefits in alleviating premenstrual discomfort and regulating menstruation. Vitex promotes the production of estrogen in the body, facilitating the restoration and balance of the progesterone and estrogen ratio. The hormone balance restoration, in turn, improves PMS symptoms and enhances female fertility.

Direction of Use:

Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably in the morning before breakfast.

If you do not have a regular period, take a 5-day break from the herb every month. Then take another 5 days off from the 1st day of period.
